Our process

From first call to handover, here is exactly what happens

Most people have been burned by a project that went quiet for six weeks and came back wrong. This is the antidote: six stages, each with a defined output, and nothing starts until the scope is agreed in writing.

Six stages. Each one has a defined output you can point at.

Pre-flight

A free 30-minute call. What the business does, who it sells to, what is not working now.

What you get: A clear read on your position, whether or not you engage us.

Flight plan

Scope, tier, timeline and price agreed and put in writing before any work begins.

What you get: A fixed quote. No hourly creep, no surprise invoice.

Build

Design and build, with a review point you sign off before we move on.

What you get: Staged previews. You see it before it exists publicly.

Systems

Lead capture, automations, integrations and any chatbot wired in and tested.

What you get: A site that does something, not just one that looks like something.

Handover

Logins transferred, recorded walkthroughs, written documentation.

What you get: Full ownership and the knowledge to use it.

Support

Thirty days of support included from most tiers. Retainers optional after that.

What you get: A safety net, not a dependency.

Your side of it

What we need from you

Honest expectation-setting prevents most project problems. Three things:

01 Content and imagery

Or a decision to have us source and write it, quoted separately.

02 One decision-maker

Committee sign-off is the most common cause of a project running long.

03 A response within a few working days

At review points. Momentum is worth more than perfection.

Boundaries

What we will not do

  • –Build on a platform you cannot access or take with you.
  • –Hold your domain, hosting or accounts in our name.
  • –Start work before the scope and price are agreed in writing.
  • –Sell you a retainer you do not need to keep the site working.
